These boots were purchased as a gift. Fourteen months after purchase and after probably 7/8 months of average wear, the boots have split up the seam. This has been assumed to be because the boots have been unnourished and regarded as fair wear and tear by Muck Boot. When paying £135 for a pair of boots I would expect them to last. Save your money and buy elsewhere for probably half the price and many times the longevity! I would have expected more but also the dismissive nature of the customer service team just added to the disappointment.

DON'T BUY! they are very slippery in mud and they are very dangerous in downhill slopes (off road); I almost broke my neck today.
They are poor quality. They easily wear off, the sole is totally smooth/flat after a year of walking 30mn a day with them. Furthermore the shoes were both cut opened from normal walking after 6 months. I had to saw the cuts and glue them.
I wear these boots for almost a year and I had to be very very careful not to fall each time I went on a slope. Until today where I slipped, fell flat on my back and almost broke my spine!
I will stay away from Muck Boot Company, they obviously want their boots to be unuseable within a year, so you can buy new ones; at the expense of safety.

I ordered my boots a few weeks ago, but they arrived with a small defect. I waited for over a week on a response to my first email asking for an exchange. Then I was asked to provide an insane amount of photographic evidence (which is a challenge, as it's a small issue but happens to make the boot unbearable). Now, a week later, I'm still waiting for a response on that, while being asked multiple times to leave a review. The boots look nice and would be very comfortable, so I'm looking forward to putting this saga behind me and hopefully have a nice pair of great boots soon. But so far, I'm not happy with the slow ans cumbersome customer service process.

Good quality boot, lightweight and very versatile with the adjustable/foldable bit. Good fit, they’re not tight but not wobbling around in them either. The bottoms aren’t very grooved so best for easy walking and garden stuff rather than hiking.

The boots are extremely comfortable. Had a warranty issue with my first pair that was handled very efficiently.

Love these boots. Keeps all the hay and straw out. Pretty too!

These are great light weight, flexible boots! Perfect for a wider foot or someone who’s used to barefoot shoes.

Very comfortable, high boots but they don’t keep your feet very warm besides that they’re great tho more ideal for rain.

My work involves a lot of field work…literally. I walk through a lot of fields with goatheads and stickers and wetland areas - these boots have been a game changer. I can cinch up the tops tight so no goatheads and stickers get in and I can walk through wetland areas and stay totally dry. They are extremely comfy for walking long distances on sketchy terrain. Would definitely recommend!

Great boot. Got many compliments while canoeing

I love these boots! They are very comfortable and durable. We bought a house on a few acres with a lot of woods. We are always outside doing yard work and these boots are great.
